Rules of stay in the hotel complex Vyshegrad
1. Check-in at the Vyshegrad Hotel Complex takes place upon presentation by the Guest of a passport or identity document (passport of a citizen of Ukraine; passport of a citizen of Ukraine for traveling abroad; residence permit of a person residing in Ukraine and not a citizen of Ukraine; national passport of a foreigner; birth certificate for minors under 16 years of age; personal ID; military ID; Diya; driver’s license) and making 100% payment for the entire period of stay at the Visegrad Hotel Complex (hereinafter referred to as the “Complex”).
2. Check-in time from 14:00 – check-out time until 12:00 local time.
3. In case of arrival later than the stated date, the amount of unused service by the Guest is not subject to compensation.
4. Payment for the stay is made in accordance with the current tariffs for the time of stay in the complex for the entire declared period.
5. Payment for additional services is made in full according to the approved price list.
6. Children under the age of 5 years with parents are not charged additionally – no extra bed is provided. Children over 5 years old are charged in full according to the approved price list.
7. Early check-in/late check-out fee:
7.1. Early check-in fee:
– 50% of the cost of all rooms for one (1) billing day, in case of check-in during the day 8:00-14:00.
– 100% of the cost of all rooms for one (1) billing day, in case of check-in before 8:00 am.
– Breakfast is included in the price of early check-in.
7.2. Late check-out fee:
– 50% of the cost of all rooms for one (1) settlement day, in case of check-out during the day 12:00-18:00.
– 100% of the cost of all rooms for one (1) billing day, in case of check-out later than 18:00 pm.
8. Only by prior arrangement and subject to availability of vacant rooms in the complex, the Guest may extend his/her stay. The complex has the right to refuse the Guest’s stay without giving any reason or explanation.
9. The Guest must inform the administration at the Reception of the complex about the change of the agreed date and time of arrival/check-out no later than 24 hours before the estimated time.
10. In case of early departure or no-show, the refund is made under the following conditions:
10.1.When the Guest provides the original application (written by hand) for a refund. Upon receipt of the correctly completed original of the refund application, the funds will be returned to the Guest’s account from which the payment was made. Depending on the peculiarities of the bank’s work, the operation of returning funds to the card or current account may take up to 3 banking days.
10.2. If the Guest notifies about the cancellation of the reservation due to Force Majeure (circumstances of force majeure), which objectively make it impossible to fulfill obligations – floods, fires, earthquakes, etc.
10.3. In case of changing the length of stay of the Guest who is already staying at the hotel and reduces the length of stay, the funds are not refundable.
10.4. The guest can leave funds on the deposit of the complex and use them for any other service.
11. In the interests of your own safety, we recommend that you do not invite strangers to your room/cottage. In case of inviting such people, the Guest is fully responsible for the consequences.
12. Please take care of the property of the complex. In case of intentional/unintentional damage/loss of the property of the complex, payment is charged according to the approved price list, which can be found below.
13. We recommend keeping valuables in a safe. In the absence of a safe in the room/cottage, the Guest can leave valuables in the safe located at the Reception desk. The administration of the complex is not responsible for things left not in the safe at the hotel reception.
14. Please be respectful of other Guests, do not make noise in the rooms/cottages after 23:00.
15. Smoking of tobacco products and hookah is prohibited in the rooms/cottages.
16. Fire safety and sanitary hygiene rules must be observed. It is forbidden to store flammable and explosive substances in the rooms/cottages, as well as to use fireworks, crackers, confetti, streamers and any pyrotechnic products on the territory. In case of violation of fire safety rules, a fine of UAH 20,000 and an obligation to compensate for the damage caused.
17. It is forbidden to bring/bring food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages purchased outside the territory of the complex.
18. When the air conditioner is on, for maximum cooling/heating of the room and to prevent damage to the hotel property, please close the windows/doors in the room/cottage where the Guest resides.
19. When leaving the room/cottage, in order to prevent/damage property, as well as for personal safety, please close water taps, windows, turn off the light/TV.
20. On the day of departure, to organize your departure and final payment for the services provided, please contact the administration at the Reception of the complex 30 minutes before the estimated time.
21. Pets are allowed in the rooms/cottages for an additional fee of 500 UAH per day and subject to compensation by the Guest for damage to the property of the complex caused by the pet.
22. For safety reasons, active games of children (running and jumping), as well as bringing and using scooters, gyroscopes, bicycles are prohibited on the territory of the restaurant.
23. The fine for violation of the general rules of stay is UAH 5000.
24. The administration of the complex is not responsible for guests’ valuables left in the cars.
25. To make a reservation in the complex, you must provide contact information about the Guests (full name, contact phone number). Reservations are valid for one banking day from the date of invoice generation. In case 100% payment is not received by the hotel within the billing day, the reservation is canceled.
26. It is forbidden to use the fireplace in the Suite and VIP rooms for other purposes and to ignite it yourself.
27. In case of damage that leads to the suspension of the room/cottage and makes it impossible to sell it the next day, a fine in the amount of the room/cottage cost shall be paid.
28. In case of detection of respiratory diseases, the guest will be refused accommodation.
